环境 Mac OS 10.13.4
Python3.6.6rc1
pyinstaller 3.3.1
在终端打开脚本文件所在地后，用pyinstaller -F 脚本文件名.py
成功打包
打开exec文件，出现以下。

File "site-packages/PyInstaller/loader/rthooks/pyi_rth__tkinter.py", line 28, in <module>

FileNotFoundError: Tcl data directory "/var/folders/1_/6fvtjnz57l1bdhhdzy2sct700000gn/T/_MEI5oD8x4/tcl" not found.

没用过这个方法，搜了下，好像pyintaller对tkinter支持不好
你换 ex_freeze 试试看呢
